  • Quantify iron in the heart 🫀 and the liver
    • Heart 🫀 (trace within the septum): <20 is concerning for iron overload
    • Liver: <10 is concerning for iron overload
  • Dr. Saghir likes to play the cine → if something turns black 🖤, then likely iron overload
