- Quantify iron in the heart 🫀 and the liver
- Heart 🫀 (trace within the septum): <20 is concerning for iron overload
- Liver: <10 is concerning for iron overload
- Dr. Saghir likes to play the cine → if something turns black 🖤, then likely iron overload
