Localization of VT on ECG

- Lead V1
- Recall, V1 is located on the anterior part of the chest

- LBBB-like → septum (or near the septum)
- If the terminal part in V1 is predominantly negative, then we call it as left bundle morphology
- As if the left bundle is blocked, the LV is late, and the activation is going from anterior to posterior.
- RBBB-like
- If the terminal part in V1 is predominantly positive, then we call it as right bundle morphology
