Localization of VT on ECG

  • Lead V1
    • Recall, V1 is located on the anterior part of the chest

    • LBBB-like → septum (or near the septum)
      • If the terminal part in V1 is predominantly negative, then we call it as left bundle morphology
      • As if the left bundle is blocked, the LV is late, and the activation is going from anterior to posterior.

      • If the terminal part in V1 is predominantly positive, then we call it as right bundle morphology
